The arthroscopy was successful! But man, do I have some stories to tell.

So, when the nurse was putting the IV in, I looked away because I knew not seeing it would ease the pain. But then I hear her say "Whoops..." and I'm thinking to myself 'Oh God, what now?'. So I turn around and see blood ALL OVER MY HAND and some of it is dripping on her too. Got all over her pants. C:< I'm not really sure what happened, but apparently it wasn't that big of an error, because she fixed it all up right away. Cleaning off all the blood was a bitch, though. It got EVERYWHERE.

And then a little while afterwards they put me on sedatives to calm me down before putting me under and blah blah blah. I can clearly remember myself telling the doctors how me being on sedatives was JUST LIKE history class because I was on the verge of falling asleep. My parents thought it was so funny because my voice was all slurred or something.

And then they put me under and operated blah blah blah. Then I woke up some several thousand hours later (like one hour later). And the doctors thought it was weird that I woke up like it was just any other day because I opened my eyes, stretched a little, then realized there was a mask on me so I took it off. Then they were all 'aaasjfldsk wtf are you doing PUT THAT THING BACK ON D:<'. Good times.

And theeen when they gave me my clothes back, I realized my left shoe was gone. They lost my freaking shoe! Literally every doctor was looking for it and couldn't find it! Who loses a shoe?! *rolls eyes* They eventually found it 4 hours after I had gone home, so we're going to have to pick it up like...friday or saturday maybe? idk

Holy crap, playing Jak and Daxter while on these drugs they gave me is INSANE. Especially when you get to the Spider Cave level. I could not do it. I hate that level when I'm completely sober, so on drugs, it's just one giant frustration fest.

And and aaaand I'm still feeling the effects right now. I'm dizzy and woozy and listening to Yo Gabba Gabba songs. 'Tis the good life.

I really hope all that up there made sense, because I'm seriously (but not too seriously) trippin' right now. And I don't think watching this is making things any better:

Hmmm so I got the flu for Halloween. And I got surgery for Thanksgiving.
Can't wait for Christmas!
